Ronald van den Hoff

The co-founder of Seats2meet also works on innovation with (international) hotel chains and other service companies in the field of E-commerce, E-communication, Business Modeling, Value Networks and Organizational Innovation. From observation and his work over the years, Ronald wrote the book Society 3.0, which serves as a base for all new initiatives coming from the CDEF Holding.

Cees Hoogendijk

Cees Hoogendijk (1959) graduated in mathematics and physics, studied humanities and is working on his PhD regarding ‘organizing freedom’ using Appreciative Inquiry as ‘performative research method’. Cees fulfilled leadership positions in HRD and OD. As of 2005, Cees is independent professional, co-creator of learning organizations, co-founder of the Dutch AI Academy, co-creator at Instituto IDeIA, author of various books on personal and organizational development, speaker and CFO (chief facilitating officer) of diversity & inclusion processes.

Jurjen de Vries

With his intuitive trust in serendipity and his hunger for knowledge about new technologies, Jurjen became one of Google’s Top Contributors and he was one of the first in the Netherlands that tested the Google Glass. As a crowning achievement, together with his colleague-knowmad Samir Lahiri, in October 2014 he founded the first location of the Permanent Future Lab movement: a sort of library at Seats2meet.com Utrecht (The Netherlands) where people have access to newest innovations without any borders such as money by sharing economy. The goal? Insights and new opportunities which arise.
