On December 3rd, 2018, the new Seats2Meet location – Tilburg Spoorzone – will finally open its doors for meetings, co-working, and events.

For 4 years the owners of Seats2meet’s Eindhoven Strijp-S and ‘s Hertogenbosch – Luc Van der Keilen, Marcel Nicolaas and Roger van den Berg – have been working hard on implementing S2M concept in the LocHal in Tilburg. On February 1st, 2016, the city council approved the investment into the renovation of the LocHal. Since then they went through an exciting journey of transforming it from a place with a rich past to the hotspot with an even brighter future!

The LocHal used to be a gigantic locomotive factory hall, which will now become a vibrant and dynamic city hub where working, learning, and researching will organically come together. 16 spaces suitable for meetings, presentation, events and conferences are perfectly equipped and complemented with a personal touch of the experienced team, which ensures that meetings are taken care of to the last detail.

The key element of the Spoorzone is Glazen Zaal (Glass Room), which used to be a music hall in the Beurs van Berlage. It was specially built in 1990 for the Philharmonic Orchestra. Now this amazing hall can be booked for symposiums and conferences directly through Seats2Meet. Given its past as a Philharmonic Hall, the acoustic will be amazing!

The Tilburg Spoorzone will become a connecting point of the city, gathering and connecting people with the use of the newly built facilities and online facilitation of the Seats2Meet passport. The experienced location team together with the new Location Manager – Kim van Kasteren – will make sure to create a unique experience for the Spoorzone visitors.
