All Powered by S2M locations are emptier than normal. That’s a pity all those empty seats! In this e-mail we take you through organising a hybrid meeting. We help you feel connected during the morning and show which locations are open for you to meetup!

Checklist hybrid meeting ✅
Organising a meeting is now different than you are used to, we are happy to help you personally. That is why we made this checklist to prepare your event, training or course on 1 A4 (in dutch) and to execute it both physically and online at 1 of the Seats2meet.com locations.

Check it out

The checklist helps you thinking of who you would like to invite physically during a meeting and who you like to invite online. It helps thinking of all the technical aspects and also social aspects. Of course we can also help you with this! Please contact the location you would like to meet up and get started.

Our flagship locations, Seats2meet Den Bosch, Eindhoven Strijp-S, Amersfoort, TilburgUtrecht do everything to facilitate your meetings. With smart tools and personal hosts who guide you on a technical & social level. Of course completely according to the RIVM guidelines. Contact your favorite location or make a booking right away.

You can join Connect & Focus in our virtual co-work lounge on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Our “host of the day” invites everyone to share how it goes and what goals you have that day. In google docs we make to-do lists. You can tick off the rest of the day yourself. And who knows, you might get help from an unexpected source or you can help someone else on your way!
